Brad Noah

Genre(s): Alternative, Heavy Rock

As one of the founding members of the rock band, Disciple, Brad Noah has had his fair share of success in mainstream and Christian music.  For 17 years, Brad toured with the band as the lead guitarist and one of the main songwriters.  In 2008, his hard work was rewarded with the Best Rock Album of the Year Dove award for Scars Remain, and has had numerous other nominations and recognitions.

Also in 2008, Brad left Disciple as a touring band-mate to pursue other interests in the music industry.  He still continues to write many of their songs, and does a lot of their studio work when recording.

Brad is currently playing music with Kevin Lawson (Butch Walker, Trans-Siberian Orchestra), Luis Espaillat (Jimmy Wayne, Bo Bice, Hot Action Cop), and Troy Luccketta (Tesla) in a Southern-Country Rock band tentatively called Dixie Horsepower. Aside from writing songs for the past year with Kevin Lawson and Brentwood Benson, he has also been doing fun little projects with Matt Baird (Spoken), Traa Daniels (P.O.D.), and Lester Estelle (Pillar).  Kevin Young and Brad have also been talking about doing a heavy project together outside of Disciple.

“I really enjoy hearing new bands in our market and what the future holds for them.” Says Brad, “The great thing about Secret Anthem is that it helps new artists have the baton passed down to them from us “older” guys who have been there and know what it takes.”  He continues to say, ”I love Secret Anthem for many reasons, not just that they are great guys to work with, but they are making sure that your music gets in our hands instead of winding up in a tour bus bunk lost under the mattress. I am very thankful for Secret Anthem and am very excited to work with them!”
